Shipping and delivery

This shipping policy covers Epsom salts and drinking water orders from The Epsom Salt Company.

Delivery areas

We ship Epsom salts within New Zealand. Drinking water delivery is available across Auckland.

Shipping costs and order updates

Shipping costs are additional to product prices and depend on your delivery address. Place your order online at epsomsalt.nz. After we receive your order, we will advise you of the shipping cost by email, WhatsApp or text message before dispatching your products.

Bank transfer payments and shipping charges

If you pay by bank transfer when placing your order and the shipping charge we subsequently quote is outside your budget, you can choose not to proceed with the order. We will refund the amount you paid by bank transfer within 3–5 days after you confirm that you do not wish to proceed.

Dispatch and delivery

We typically ship products within 7 working days. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a delivery estimate.

Address corrections

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible.
